Corporation Information	Corporation Information We provide proactive identity theft protection services to our consumer subscribers, whom we refer to as our members, on an annual or monthly subscription basis. We also provide consumer risk management services to our enterprise customers. We were incorporated in Delaware on April 12, 2005 and are headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. In October 2012, we completed our IPO and our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LOCK.”
