Note 9 - Related party

At March 31, 2013, there was $25,000 Due to Officers, the amount is non-interest bearing and is due on demand. During the second quarter additional amounts totaling $66,272 was advanced to the Company as a short term loan. These amounts were repaid during the second quarter.
