EXPLANATORY NOTE


Effective August 15, 2023, Sequans Communications S.A. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Olivier Pauzet to the position of EVP Marketing. The role will encompass the partnership strategy responsibilities previously covered by Mr. Didier Dutronc, who will step down from this executive role as he prepares to retire.
