On August 12, 2015, Mr. Dominique Pitteloud, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased 10,000 of the Company’s American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) on the open market at a price per ADS of $1.22. Following this transaction, Mr. Pitteloud beneficially owns 22,100 of the Company’s ordinary shares, either directly or in the form of ADSs.
