Mr. Kappus’s plan provides for the potential sale of up to 7,251 shares of our common stock underlying previously vested Restricted Stock Units. Mr. Kappus’s 10b5-1 Plan also provides for the potential sale of 41,428 shares of our common stock underlying future-vesting Restricted Stock Units and 63,451 shares of our common stock underlying future-vesting Performance Stock Units.
