NOTE 4 - WARRANTS

For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2018, 161,538 warrants were issued related to the subscription of common shares – See NOTE 3 – SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY, 10,000 were issued for renewal of convertible debt – See NOTE 2 – DEBT AND RELATED PARTY DEBT, none were exercised or forfeited.

The Company’s outstanding and exercisable warrants as of September 30, 2018 are presented below:

Warrants and rights outstanding are derivative securities that give the holder the right to purchase securities (usually equity) from the issuer at a specific price within a certain time frame. The main difference between warrants and call options is that warrants are issued and guaranteed by the company, whereas options are exchange instruments and are not issued by the company.
