Reclassification	NOTE 4 – RECLASSIFICATION Certain amounts in the consolidated balance sheet for the year ended December 31, 2012 have been reclassified to be consistent with the current year presentation. $7,875 previously included in due to related party are now included in the accrued expenses. The reclassification had no material impact on the Company’s financial conditions, results of operations or cash flows.

The entire disclosure for classifying current financial statements, which may be different from classifications in the prior year's financial statements. Disclose any material changes in classification including an explanation of the reason for the change and the areas impacted.
