Related Party Transactions	NOTE 13 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS From time to time, the Company has received advances from certain of its officers and related parties to meet short term working capital needs. These advances may not have formal repayment terms or arrangements. During the three months ended June 30, 2013, the Company received a total of $150,000 advances from related parties and repaid back $110,000 to the related parties. As of June 30, 2013, the Company recorded due to related party of $40,000. These advances are unsecured, bear no interest, and do not have formal repayment terms or arrangements.
