Retirement Plan

NOTE 11 – RETIREMENT PLAN

The Company adopted a defined contribution benefit plan (the “Defined Contribution Plan”) for r U.S. employees which complies with section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Company does not currently match any of the employee contributions. Employees are not required to make contributions into the fund. Total administrative expense under this plan was $3,541, and $3,602 for the years ended December 31, 2015, and 2014 respectively.
