Related Parties The Company leases office and warehouse space under a lease agreement dated October 1, 2006 with a company that is owned by former members of management and of the Board of Directors. Included in that group is Beth Angelo, former Chief Merchandising Officer and Director, who formally separated from the Company in February 2013 but is providing limited consultation services through August 2013. The lease expires on October 1, 2016. The Company incurred rent expense of $245,000 and $240,000 for the twenty-six weeks ended June 29, 2013 and June 30, 2012, respectively, related to this lease.
