In the opinion of management, based on the advice of in-house and external legal counsel, the lawsuits and claims pending are not likely to have a material adverse effect on the Company’s financial condition, results of operations or cash flows.  Legal fees related to legal proceedings are included in selling, general, and administrative expenses in the Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income.   On August 27, 2012, a securities class action, Mogensen v.
