Financial Results of Dual-Listed, Consolidated Jersey Island Subsidiary for Year Ended December 31, 2018

On February 28, 2019, Gazit-Globe Ltd. (the “Company”) reported to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Israeli Securities Authority that its consolidated Jersey Island subsidiary, Atrium European Real Estate Limited (“Atrium”), in which the Company holds approximately 60.1% of the outstanding share capital, and the shares of which are dual-listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange and the Euronext Amsterdam (in Amsterdam, Holland), reported its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of that report of Atrium is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Form 6-K”)
