Purchase Of Non-controlling Interest	15. Purchase of Non-controlling Interest At the time of our acquisition, Avintiv owned a 71.25% controlling interest in Providência, their Brazilian subsidiary. In the January 2, 2016 quarter, the Company acquired the remaining 28.75% non-controlling ownership interest of Providência for $66 million. As a result of this transaction, Providência became a wholly-owned subsidiary and the Company recorded $3 million to Additional paid-in capital.
