As used in this report, the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries, except where context otherwise requires. Our business is managed by Sentio Investments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company that was formed on December 20, 2011 (the “Advisor”), which is majority-owned and controlled by John Mark Ramsey, our Chief Executive Officer.
