On August 4, 2020, MiMedx Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “10-Q Press Release”) announcing the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2020. The 10-Q Press Release also includes certain information regarding the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2020.

A copy of the 10-Q Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
