Other Events.

On June 12, 2019, MiMedx Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Glass, Lewis & Co., a leading independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended that Company shareholders vote “FOR” the Company’s three director nominees, K. Todd Newton, Dr. Kathleen Behrens Wilsey and Timothy R. Wright on the BLUE proxy card in connection with the Company’s 2018 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on June 17, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
