Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events As of the filing date of this report a total of approximately 1,673,000 First Contingent Warrants related to the October 2010 Private Placement and 325,000 First Contingent Warrants related to the Revolving Secured Line of Credit with related party at an exercise price of $0.01 were vested based upon the fact that the MiMedx common stock closing trading price was not at least $1.50 for ten consecutive trading days prior to the issuance of the audited financial statements.
