23. Commitments and contingencies

The Company leases an office in Beijing, China under a

three

-year agreement expired on

March 31, 2019.

The Company is currently negotiating the new lease terms for the same location. The Company also leases an office in Hubei, China, under a

one

-year lease expiring

March 15, 2020.

The following table sets forth the Company’s operating lease commitment as of

December 31, 2018:

rental expenses under operating leases were approximately

respectively.

The Company is currently

not

a party to any legal or administrative proceedings and are

not

aware of any pending or threatened legal or administrative proceedings against us in all material aspects. The Company

may

from time to time become a party to various legal or administrative proceedings arising in the ordinary course of our business.
