All of the accounts receivable are non-interest bearing. Based on the assessment of the collectability of the accounts receivable as of

June 30, 2017

and

December 31, 2016,

the Company provided approximately

US$2,777,000

and

US$2,712,000

allowance for doubtful accounts, which were primarily related to the accounts receivable of the Company’s internet advertising and TV advertising business segment. The Company evaluates its accounts receivables with an aging over

six

months and determines the allowance based on aging data, historical collection experience, customer specific facts and economic conditions.
