14. Short-term bank loan

Short-term bank loan as of December 31, 2014 represented a short-term bank loan of approximately RMB5.0 million (approximately US$0.8 million) borrowed by one of the Company’s VIEs from a major financial institution in China to supplement its short-term working capital needs, which matured on September 29, 2015. The Company repaid this loan in full at maturity with no future extension.
