RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In order to preserve cash for other working capital needs, various officers and members of management have agreed to accrue, and defer payment of, portions of their salaries since fiscal 2011. As of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, the Company owed $363,802 and $328,050, respectively for such accrued wages.
