Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one operating segment that develops and provides high performance server solutions based upon an innovative, modular and open-standard architecture. The Company’s chief operating decision maker is the Chief Executive Officer.

International net sales are based on the country and region to which the products were shipped. The following is a summary for the three and nine months endedMarch 31, 2017 and 2016, of net sales by geographic region (in thousands):

Server systems constitute an assembly of subsystems and accessories. Subsystems and accessories are comprised of serverboards, chassis and accessories. No customer represented greater than 10% of the Company's total net sales in the three and nine months endedMarch 31, 2017 and one customer represented 10.2% and 12.6% of the Company's total net sales in the three and nine months endedMarch 31, 2016, respectively. China represented 10.4% of the Company's total net sales in the three months endedMarch 31, 2017 and no country other than the United States represented greater than 10% of the Company's total net sales in the nine months endedMarch 31, 2017. No country other than the United States represented greater than 10% of the Company’s total net sales in the three and nine months endedMarch 31, 2016. No customer accounted for 10% or more of the Company's accounts receivable as of March 31, 2017 and June 30, 2016.
