Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one operating segment that develops and provides high performance server solutions based upon an innovative, modular and open-standard architecture. The Company’s chief operating decision maker is the Chief Executive Officer.

International net sales are based on the country and region to which the products were shipped. The following is a summary for the three and six months ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, of net sales by geographic region (in thousands):

Subsystems and accessories are comprised of serverboards, chassis and accessories. Server systems constitute subsystems and accessories assembled by the Company. One customer represented 15.1% and 11.9% of the Company’s total net sales in the three and six months ended December 31, 2014, respectively, and no customer represented greater than 10% of the Company’s total net sales in the three and six months ended December 31, 2013. No country other than the United States represents greater than 10% of the Company’s total net sales in the three and six months ended December 31, 2014 and 2013. The same customer accounted for 22.1% of the Company's accounts receivable as of December 31, 2014. No customer accounted for 10% or more of the Company's accounts receivable as of June 30, 2014.
