Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one operating segment that develops and provides high performance server solutions based upon an innovative, modular and open-standard architecture. The Company’s chief operating decision maker is the Chief Executive Officer.

International net sales are based on the country and region to which the products were shipped. The following is a summary for the three months endedSeptember 30, 2012 and 2011, of net sales by geographic region (in thousands):

Subsystems and accessories are comprised of serverboards, chassis and accessories. Server systems constitute an assembly of subsystems and accessories done by the Company. No customer represented greater than 10% of the Company’s total net sales nor did net sales in any country other than the United States represent greater than 10% of the Company’s total net sales as of September 30, 2012 and 2011. No customer accounted for 10% or more of accounts receivable as of September 30, 2012 and June 30, 2012.
