10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	On August 15, 2013, the Company entered into a Quitclaim Deed (the “Deed”) with Kee Nez Resources, LLC (“Grantor”), a Utah limited liability company. Pursuant to the Deed, the Grantor, in consideration of $10 and other valuable consideration, remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto the Company all of Grantor’s right, title, and interest in and to the GSR group of unpatented lode mining claims situated in Churchilll Country, Nevada. As a result, the Company has obtained title to the GSR claims in August 2013.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
