6. DUE TO RELATED PARTIES	Due to related parties represents the amount advanced by companies controlled by a former director and principal shareholder of the Company. The amount is unsecured, non-interest bearing and due on demand. During the year ended June 30, 2012, $880 due to a related party was assigned and transferred to Bobcat Development.
