As part of an internal restructuring, RMCP II distributed these shares to RMP in a transaction that resulted in a change in the form of beneficial ownership of these shares but not a change in pecuniary interest. As a result, and after taking into account the trades effected on December 13, 2013, December 16, 2013, and December 17, 2013, RMP now directly holds 5,284,982 shares of STRI.
