Terms of legal settlement - Amount payable to Schick	The settlement provides for, certain payments to Schick totaling $360,000, of which $180,000 is paid over a twelve-month period, and an obligation to purchase 600,000 shares of common stock of the Company.
Reserve in anticipation of the costs and expenses	$ 250,000
