This Registration Statement on Form 8-A is being filed by Green Brick Partners, Inc. (the “Registrant”), with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the dual listing of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), with NYSE Texas, Inc. (the “NYSE Texas”) under the trading symbol “GRBK.” The Common Stock is currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “GRBK.”
