(the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), at which the following Directors were re-elected to the Company’s Board of Directors, according to the following votes as certified by BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, the duly appointed Inspector of Election at the Annual Meeting:
