Subsequent Events	Note 12. Subsequent Events On August 30, 2016, we entered into an agreement pursuant to which certain members of the team from Wagon Analytics, Inc. (“Wagon”), a data analysis solutions company, would join our team for approximately $2.0 million in cash and Class A common shares. The transaction with Wagon helps accelerate our innovation in analytics and advances our strategic efforts. We expect the transaction to close in the three months ended October 31, 2016. The final purchase accounting for the transaction was not complete at the time this Form 10-Q was filed with the SEC, and as such, certain disclosures required by ASC Topic 805 — Business Combinations have not been made herein.
