The valuation of the Company's cash and cash equivalents totaling $39.5 million, which includes $38.2 million in money markets, as of December 31, 2023, utilized Level 1 inputs. The valuation of the Company's marketable securities, which matured during the year ended December 31, 2023, utilized Level 2 inputs. See Note 2 for additional information. Further, the Company believes the fair value using Level 2 inputs of the borrowings under the EB-5 Loan Agreement (as defined in Note 9) approximate their carrying value. See Note 9 for additional information.
