DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS	NOTE 1—DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS Information Services Group, Inc. (the “Company”, or “ISG”) was founded in 2006 with the strategic vision to become a high-growth, leading provider of information-based advisory services. In 2007, we consummated our initial public offering and completed the acquisition of TPI Advisory Services Americas, Inc. (“TPI”), the pioneer in developing the market for sourcing advisory services. In December 2017, we consummated our transformational acquisition of Alsbridge Holdings, Inc. (“Alsbridge”), a U.S.-based sourcing, automation and transformation advisory firm.
