Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 16, 2024, NewHydrogen, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in a recent podcast the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve Hill, discussed with Dr. Ben Emerson, a principal research engineer at the Ben T. Zinn Combustion Laboratory at the Georgia Institute of Technology, the use of hydrogen in the space and aviation industries. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
