The payment will be refunded within one year following the completion of the bidding process. If the Company is successful in the bid, the land use right will be used for the construction of a new manufacturing facility to comply with the new GMP standard effective by the end of 2013. However, due to potential delays in government approval procedures with respect to the land use right for such site, the Company may not be able to complete the construction of the new production facility as planned.
