Edmonton, Alberta, January 29, 2013 - North American Energy Partners Inc. (“NAEP” or “the Company”) (TSX / NYSE: NOA) announced today that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012 on the evening of February 5, 2013 after market close. Following the release of third quarter results, NAEP will hold a conference call and webcast on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time (9:00 a.m. Eastern).
