Financial Instruments	10.Financial Instruments The Companys financial instruments include cash and cash equivalents, trade receivables, other receivables, accounts payable, and promissory notes. The carrying amount of cash and cash equivalents, trade receivables, other receivables and accounts payable approximate fair value because of their immediate or short-term maturities. The carrying amounts of the Companys promissory notes outstanding approximate fair value because its current borrowing rates do not materially differ from market rates for similar borrowings.
