SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company entered into a sublease agreement at the HQ office, effective July 1, 2018, with Benhamou Global Ventures, a company in which one of the Company's Director's serves as Chairman and CEO. Rental income from the sublease is $14,400 quarterly for an undefined termination date.
