RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In the course of business, the Company obtains legal services from a firm in which the Company’s Chairman is a partner. The Company incurred approximately $38,000 and $76,000 in legal fees to the firm for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively. As of June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company had balances due to this firm of $13,000 and $113,000 respectively.
