RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In the course of business, the Company obtains legal services from a firm in which the Company’s Chairman is a partner. The Company incurred approximately $38,000 and $76,000 in legal fees to the firm during the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, and 2016, respectively. As of June 30, 2017, and December 31, 2016, the Company had balances due to this firm of $25,000 and $88,000 respectively. The Company obtained social media and investor related services from a firm in which the Company’s Chief Financial Officer holds a 50% interest. The Company incurred $0 and approximately $22,000 in fees to the firm during the six months ended June 30, 2017, and 2016, respectively. The Company canceled this agreement in June 2016.
