RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In the course of business, the Company obtains legal services from a firm in which the Company’s Chairman is a partner. The Company incurred approximately $38,000 and $76,000 in legal fees to the firm during the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. As of June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company has balances due to this firm of $13,000 at both dates. The Company obtains social media and investor related services from a firm in which the Company’s Chief Financial Officer holds a 50% interest. The Company incurred approximately $10,000 and $22,000 in fees to the firm during the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively and $22,000 and $38,000 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, respectively. As of June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company has balances due to this firm of $5,000 at both dates. Effective June 30, 2016, the Company has canceled this agreement.
