AmendmentDescription	We are filing this Amended Annual Report on Form 10-K/A (this “Amended Filing”) to our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 15, 2013 (the “Original Filing”), to restate our audited financial statements and related disclosures for the years ended December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2012 and to revise our audited financial statements and related disclosures for the year ended December 31, 2010 to correct an error. This Amended Filing also includes in Note 14 (Quarterly Financial Data—Restated) restated quarterly financial information for each of the first three quarterly periods in the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012, as originally included in our Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for those respective periods, as well as for the fourth quarter of those years and amends certain other Items in the Original Filing, as listed in “Items Amended in this Amended Filing” below, as a result of the restatement. Details are discussed below and in Note 1A (Restatement of Financial Statements) and Note 14 to the accompanying financial statements.
