These shares represent LMAT common stock acquired on February 29, 2024, upon settlement of a Performance Share Unit (PSU) award granted on December 12, 2022. The PSU award vests as follows: 25% upon determination by the Compensation Committee and the balance vests in equal annual installments from the grant date over the next three years. Each PSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock upon vesting based on the attainment of performance goals.
