All old inventories total of $13,611 were returned to the manufacturer during the year ended May 31, 2013 which reduced all outstanding payables owing to XSE of $37,808. As of May 31, 2013, the Company recorded debt forgiveness in the amount $24,197 for returned inventory to Xiamen Tiauyang Neng Gongsi as payment for all outstanding debt.   On March 5, 2013 the Company received confirmation that Infinite Funding Inc. has forgiving all debt held with Domark in the amounts of $355,645 and $190,000 plus accrued interest of $14,295. This debt has therefore been forgiven and fully written off by Infinite Funding Inc with no consideration given.
