For the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, we excluded 4.3 million and 4.4 million shares, respectively, from the calculation of diluted weighted average common shares outstanding, as their inclusion would have been antidilutive.

For the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, had we reported net income, less than 0.1 million and 0.6 million common shares would have been included in the number of shares used to calculate earnings per share, respectively.
