Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 21, 2010, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its plans to begin construction on a nine-mile expansion to its ETML gas gathering system in East Texas. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
