Employee Benefits	EMPLOYEE BENEFITS We provide various employee benefits including share-based compensation, an employee share purchase plan, an annual incentive compensation program, and pension plans. These are described in Note 17 to the consolidated financial statements contained in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015. Share-based compensation expense for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, was $8.2 million and $1.4 million, respectively. Employee share purchase plan expense for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, was less than $0.1 million and $0.1 million, respectively. Annual incentive compensation program expense for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, was $7.3 million and $7.9 million, respectively. Pension expense for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015 was $3.1 million and $2.4 million, respectively.
