Related Party Transactions

We incurred fees from our Shareholders as part of intra-company service agreements totaling $1.9 million and $2.1 million during the three months ended May 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively, whereby our Shareholders provide certain management and administrative services to the Company. These expenses are recorded in selling, general and administrative costs in the consolidated statements of income.
