Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsWe incurred fees from our Shareholders as part of intra-company service agreements totaling $2.2 million and $1.3 million during the three months ended November 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $6.3 million and $3.9 million during the nine months ended November 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, whereby our Shareholders provide certain management and administrative services to the Company. In addition, the Company purchased parts under a parts management services and supply agreement with an affiliate of Marubeni totaling $0.2 million and $0.4 million during the three months ended November 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively, and $1.3 million and $3.7 million during the nine months ended November 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively
