Commitments and Contingencies

At June 30, 2017, we had commitments to acquire 38 aircraft for $1,296,397, including 25 Embraer E-Jet E2 aircraft.

Commitments, including $127,767 of progress payments, contractual price escalations and other adjustments for these aircraft, at June 30, 2017, net of amounts already paid, are as follows:
